Orb of Niv-Mizzet enters the battlefield with 4 spell counters. Anytime you cast an instant or sorcery spell, remove a counter from Orb of Niv-Mizzet. When it has 0 spell counters left, transform it into Niv-Mizzet, the Summoned.
