it. If you do, this spell becomes ordained.)
Whenever Pitiless Magistrate attacks, non-Noble
creatures get -1/-1 until end of turn.
When Pitiless Magistrate enters the battlefield,
if it was ordained, you draw two cards and create
a Treasure token.
