Questionable Residence
Will of the Council - When Questionable Residence enters the
battlefield, starting with
you, each player votes Stay or Leave. If Stay has the most votes or
is tied for the most votes, nothing happens. If Leave has the most
votes, transform Questionable Residence.
Each player may only cast or activate two spells
or abilities each turn, and only during their turn.
