Whenever a creature you control dies, you get a sacrifice counter.
{b}{r}: Sacrifice a creature and draw cards equal to its power.
As long as you have 7 or more sacrifice counters, nonland permanents you control have "{b}: Each opponent loses life equal to the number of creature cards in all graveyards. You gain life equal to the amount of life lost this way."
