Samhain

A player may control only one Festivity.
During each player's upkeep, that player returns target creature or planeswalker from their graveyard to their hand.
Samhain's controller creates a 2/2 black zombie creature token whenever a card leaves a graveyard.
If it's September or October and you control Samhain, whenever a permanent would be returned to your hand from anywhere, you may pay {b} and put it on the battlefield instead.
