Whenever a player casts a spell, exile it. If its a creature spell, that player draws cards and loses life equal to its power. If its an instant or sorcery spell, it deals damage equal to its converted mana cost to a target chosen at random. Otherwise, untap all lands that player controls, and they draw a card.
At the end of each player's turn, if that player cast no spells this turn, he or she loses half of his or her life total, rounded down.
