When Scroll of Ancient Wisdom enters the battlefield, tap all other artifacts.
Other artifacts lose all abilities when tapped.
At the end of each phase, players take damage equal to the amount of mana in their mana pool.
If two or more Legendary permanents with the same name are on the battlefield, each permanent's controller sacrifices it.
