Burden 1 (This enters the battlefield with 2 burden counters on it. at the beginning of each upkeep, remove
a burden counter from it. Then, if it has no burden counters on it, sacrifice it.)
Whenever you remove a burden counter
from Sick In The Head, mill 4, then
discard 1 card at random.
When the last burden counter is removed from
Sick In The Head, move the top three cards
from your exile to your graveyard.
