Super Meat Boy

When Super Meat Boy deals combat damage to a
player, you may sacrifice it. If you do, it deals 3
damage to that player and 1 damage to you.
When Super Meat Boy dies, you may have it deal
1 damage to you. If you do, return Super Meat
Boy to its owner's hand.
As persistent and painful as the player who plays him.
