Temporal Shunt

Duration: 1 round
You target a creature making an attack or casting
a spell. The target makes a Wis save. On a failure,
they vanish, being thrown to another point in
time and causing the attack to miss or the spell to
be wasted.
At the start of it's next turn, the target reappears
where it was. The target doesn't remember being
affected by the spell.
