+1: Add an infection counter to target permanent (if target permanent has 3 infection counters, gain control of that permanent)
0: Target creature phases (while it's phased out, it's treated as though it doesn't exist)
-3: Gain control of target land. That land loses all abilities and gains "tap: give target creature unblockable."
