The Echo Collector

Whenever you cast an instant or a sorcery spell,
you may exile it.
At the beginning of your upkeep you may pay
{x}, where X is twice the number of cards
exiled with Echo Collector. If you do,
sacrifice Echo Collector then take the
exiled cards into your hand.
