The Sum Of All Souls

Each player chooses a creature they control
with the highest power among creatures they
control. Destroy all creatures not chosen this
way. Then, each player puts X +1/+1 counters
on a creature they control and it becomes a
black Horror in addition to its other colors and
types, where X is the total power of creatures
they control that were destroyed this way.
