Two Turns

As long as its not your turn, there are four or
more players in the game, and it's been at least
15 minutes since you took a turn begin taking
an extra turn. Once the turn is over, play
continues from you in a clockwise manner.
The player who has been taking their turn and
you are now both taking turns at the same time.
As soon as a turn is passed to someone who is
taking a turn, there is only one turn.
