Whenever Vagus, Master Trader or another
rogue you control deals combat damage to an opponent, tap a nontoken permanent you control
and have them gain control of it until the
beginning of your next upkeep.
At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep,
draw cards and create a number of treasure
tokens equal to the number of permanents you
own that they control.
