When Wizard Towers enters the battlefield under your control, put a loyalty counter on every Planeswalker you control. Whenever a Planeswalker enters the battlefield under your control, but an additional loyalty counter on it.
You may activate loyalty abilities on Planeswalkers you control an additional
time each of your turns.
