XII - The Hanged Man

At the beginning of enchanted player's upkeep,
put a fate counter on XII - The Hanged Man,
then that player taps an untapped artifact,
creature or land for each fate counter on XII -
The Hanged Man unless that player pays that
much life.
Destiny 6 - {b} (Rather than cast this card from your
hand, you may pay {b} and put this card face up into
your library sixth from the top. When you draw it,
cast it without paying its mana cost.)
