An alternate dimension of Captain America, better known as Captain Hydra, the evil dictator and conqueror. He knows how to torture his enemies and is extremely gay and knows how to break his allies if they ever betray him and enjoys whipping his enemies apart piece by piece and every section of their lives.{flavor} Any enjoys the art of torture when he inflicts it on his enemies, who are heroes and villains.{flavor} And he is loyal to his master absolutely and without failure or waiting for enough faith he will follow his orders without failure as he believes that every time he exceeds get closer to pleasing his master. {flavor}
