At the beginning of your upkeep, each player may return a creature card to his or her hand.
If Coming Storm leaves the battlefield with no time counters on it, destroy all creatures.
When you are aware of a disaster approaching, it's only a matter of waiting. The wait is often more painful than the disaster itself.
