Inner Destruction

Enchant Permanent
Each time Inner Destruction targets a permanent for the first time each turn, lose 1 life and Inner Destruction deals 1 damage to a target creature or player.
Enchanted permanent has "Whenever this permanent deals 2 or more damage to a creature, all enchantments enchanting this permanent are put into the stack and resolve as if the owner just cast them for the first time."
