Partner with Focalors, God of Judgement
Will of the council- At the beginning of your
upkeep, choose a creature. Then, starting with
you, each player votes innocent or guilty. If
innocent gets more votes, that creature's
controller draws a card. If guilty gets more votes, destroy the chosen creature. If the vote is tied,
you may search your library for a card named
the O.M.D.C and put it into your hand. Then
shuffle.
