Each player surveils 2, then may shuffle. Each player reveals the top card of their library. The player who revealed the card with the greatest mana value loses life equal to that value. The player who revealed the card with the least mana value creates that many Treasure tokens, then loses twice that much life. Each other player draws cards equal to the mana value of the card they revealed. (If two or more players are tied for greatest or least mana value, none of those players are affected by that part of the effect.)
