Ward {3} Whenever Phyrexian seizer is dealt damage by a source an opponent controls, that source’s controller exiles that many cards from their hand. If they can’t, they exile cards from the top of their library instead. You may cast spells exiled with Phyrexian seizer, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells.
