12 Days of Festivities

At the beginning of each upkeep, put a cheer counter on 12 Days of Festivities, then each player
may pay {1}.

When 12 Days of Festivities has exactly 12 cheer counters on it, sacrifice it. Each player then creates X treasure and food tokens, where X is the amount of times they paid {1} for each cheer counter put on 12 Days of Festivities.
