Enchant Player

At the beginning of enchanted player's upkeep,
they sacrifice one or more non land permanents.
Once they have sacrificed 13 permanents, they may exile 13 Years of Bad Luck and return it to the battlefield enchanting a player of their choice.

If 13 Years of Bad Luck would be destroyed, return
it to the battlefield enchanting the player that destroyed it.
