13th Amendment

This amendment bans slavery—The 13th amendment was proposed to ban slavery after the union won the civil war—It was ratified on December 3, 1865—All former slaves are now free{line}I would keep this amendment the same, for it granted freedom to all and keeps slavery from reappearing.
