14 - Temperance

During your turn if you don’t call a bluff you may add a SD to your pool in the next round.
Whenever someone bluffs your proposition you may discard any number of SD from your pool. For each dice discarded this way, the proposition decreases by 1 die. If you win the battle, return the SD to your pool.
