16-hour Fast

Don't consume food or sugary drinks for a period of 16 hours.
"Fasting for as little as 16 hours causes the body
to start using weak and dying cells (cancer is
a way of dying) for energy, so it can build new,
more efficient cells. I am not saying fasting treats
cancer, but I do suggest it could and I advice my
patients to regularly fast. - Dr. Panda
