creates a food token
at the beginning of each player's upkeep, they
create a halloween costume equipment
token with: equip {1}, equipped creature get's +2+2
and is a trick or treater in addition to it's other types
whenever a player rolls chaos, creatures that player controls gain intimidate untill end of turn
