If this card has 5 or more "Wanted" counters on it,
at the beginning of each players pre-combat phase, that player may pay {2}. If they do, remove a "Wanted" counter from 5-0. If they don't, that player ends thier turn.

If this card has 10 or more "Wanted" counters on it, evey player loses the game
