5th Page

Anytime you would draw a card, you may
draw a card from other player's library.
You may pay mana costs of spells drawn
this way as though they were colourless.
Sacrifice 5th Page: Target player splits all
of their permanents into two piles. You gain
control of permanents in target pile.
