As long as no player has 7 cards in their
hand, discard 23 cards unless it's morning.
Then draw 25 cards and choose one card
from amongst them. Shuffle the rest into
your library unless there are exactly 20 or
21 cards left in your library. You may cast
that card this turn for {r}.
