83rd Infantry Officer

83rd Infantry Officer gives Commandeer to your Soldiers in the same Battle zone as the Officer.
Commandeer: Vehicles or Tanks killed by a
Soldier with Commandeer are instead captured
and placed on your Defensive line turned to the
side. During your deployment, turn
commandeered vehicles/tanks upright.
Commandeered vehicles/tanks may not attack,
defend, or move when turned to the side.
