Whenever a creature enters the battle under
your control,
you may pay {5}. If you do, that creature gains Radiation
(Creatures with radiation deal damage to players
in the form of radiation counters. Each
players upkeep, that player sacrifices creatures equal
to the number of radiation counters they have.
If they cannot sacrifice the full amount,
they mill cards equal to the number left over.)
