A Debt to Pay

Play this tactic at the start of the battle, after both sides have deployed but before the first round.
Choose one enemy Ganger or Juve. That fighter
owes a debt to your gang and is not about to
anger their creditors. For the duration of the
battle, this fighter must make a Wp check to
perform the Charge action targeting an enemy
Delaque fighter. If the check is failed, the fighter
cannot perform the action and must pick another.
