A Debt to Pay

Play this gang tactic at the start of the battle,
after both sides have deployed, but before the
first round.
Choose one enemy ganger or juve. that fighter
owes a debt to your gang and is not about to
anger their creditors. for the duration of this
battle, that fighter must take a willpower check
before they can make a charge action targeting
an enemy delaque fighter. if failed, cannot perform
that action and must perform an other. if passed,
charge.
