A New Chance

Starting with you, each player discard a card, then sacrifice a land, then sacrifice a creature they
control. They then lose life equal to the number
of cards discarded or sacrificed this way.
Repeat the process until one player cannot discard
or sacrifice a permanent.
Then each player may put a permanent from their
hand onto the battlefield with mana value inferior
or equal to the amount of life they lost.
