A New World

Each player discards their hand, then shuffles their graveyard into their library.
Each player sacrifices all permanents.
Each player then reveals cards from the top of his or her library for each permanent sacrificed this way. Put all permanents revealed this way onto
the battlefield under their owners control and the rest in their owner's hand.
Adjusting to a new day, a new age, takes time.
