A-O Attack (Suppressing Fire)

This is an All-Out Attack where you take the
entire turn to spray an area with automatic fire.
Range determines difficulty to cover a 10m wide
area, increasing by one level for each additional
10m. Targets in the area must move Cautiously
and add +4 (+4D for repeating weapons) to the
difficulty of any attacks they make.
Up to four targets can be attacked as a Reaction
at-3D if they make an attack or do not move cautiously.
