A Party Perilous

When your opponent has a lvl 2 or 3 creature on
their field: select 1 creature you control. Then,
destroy creatures you control (including said
selected creature) so that the number of
destroyed creatures equals the lvl of your
opponent's creature. Afterwards, if you have not destroyed enough creatures to match said
opponent's creature's lvl, you may then discard
up to 2 creatures until said lvl requirement has
been met. Then, destroy said opponent's
creature.
