A Tale of Comedy enters play with 4 coincidence
counters on it. When a spell is put on the stack,
remove a counter from this emblem. A random
player gains control of that spell, that player may choose new targets or modes. Then if this
emblem has no counters shuffle this card back
into the deck. (Then if the bard has a counter,
reveal cards from the role deck until you get another
tale.)
