When ever a creature enters the battlefield they
get +1/-0 or -0/+1 for each other creature on the
battlefield Flip a coin to decide
When ever a creature attacks they get+1/-0
or -0/+1 for each other creature attacking
Flip a coin to decide(both affects are till
end of turn)
At the beginning of each opponent combat
each creature that opponents control becomes
goaded
