A Very Sharp Hand

When you cast A Very Sharp Hand, throw it at
an opponent. If the opponent was not cut in any
way, exile A Very Sharp Hand, otherwise A Very
Sharp Hand enters the battlefield as normal.
Whenever you decide to cast a spell, you may
throw the chosen card at an opponent. If the
opponent was cut in any way, you may cast the
chosen spell without paying its mana cost,
otherwise pay the mana cost as normal.
