1) Opponents creatures enter play tapped,
unless they pay {1} for each creature.
2) Exile the top 4 cards of your library, until
the end of your next turn, you may cast any
of the Statue or Instant & Sorcery spells.
3) Put a lesser Ice-Torias creature onto the battlefield or you may draw a card.
