Abiding Interest in Pain

Whenever an opponent draws a card,
that player may pay {2}. If the player
doesn't, you create a treasure token.

Beautiful isn't it? It took me half a lifetime to invent it. I'm sure you've discovered my deep abiding interest in
pain...This being our first try I'll use the lowest setting.
