Black and green creatures you control have
wither.
At the beginning of each upkeep, put a rust
counter on each artifact and a -1/-1 counter on
each creature you don't control.
If Abio-Degenesis would be destroyed, exile it instead, then destroy all creatures and artifacts.
You may return any card with a -1/-1 or rust
counter to the battlefield under your control.
