Abnormal Lair

All creatures have "Abnormal Dragon" in their
names and cost {w}{u}{b}{r}{g} less to cast. This
effect reduces only the amount of coloured mana
you pay.
If you're the turn's player you may choose two:
•{w}: Gain 1 life.
•{u}: Scry 1.
•{b}: Target player loses 1 life.
{bull}{r}: Deal 1 damage to target creature.
{bull}{g}: Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.
