About Town

When About Town enters the battlefield or
whenever you gain the city's blessing, put a
slicker counter on each permanent you control
with ascend, then draw a card.
Permanents with slicker counters lose ascend.
Whenever a permanent with ascend or a
permanent with a slicker counter is put into a
graveyard from the battlefield, you draw a card,
then you lose the city's blessing.
