Abraxsis, The Usurper

When Abraxsis, the Usurper enters the battlefield, you become the monarch.
Will of the Council—At the beginning of your end
step, ending with you, each player votes for
either delusion or deceit. If delusion gets more
votes, destroy target creature an opponent
controls. If deceit gets more votes, each opponent discards a card and you gain 1 life for each card discarded this way. If the vote is tied, you do
both.
