Exile target creature, then manifest it. Its controller may search his or her library for a basic land card, put that card onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle his or her library. (Put it onto the battlefield face-down as a 2/2 creature. Turn it up at any time for its mana cost if it's a creature card.)
